How to Be a STAR STUDENT Workshop Tomorrow Night
Sep. 3, 2012 by Faisal
Phew! Made it through day one. Give yourselves a pat on the back. (Unless you are still in a lab or late class–hang in there guys!)
As you can probably already tell, things get going fast in college. On just the first day we already start hearing about quizes, midterms and writing assignments. The flood of new expectations can certainly be overwhelming. However, with the right strategies, college does not have to be.
To find out more on how to make yourselves more productive and successful students, come see how it’s done at the “How to Be a Star Student” workshop tomorrow night hosted by the Peer Advisors. There will be two workshops in different locations. The first starts at 7:15 in Exley 139. The second will be at 8:15 in Clark Hall Lounge.
Please bring a notebook and something to write with.
